Oxford University Computing Services is looking for a Project Officer (part-time, fixed-term) to work on the RunCoCo project. The work involves:

  • running a communication campaign and developing engaging Web content to successfully promote the RunCoCo project and support its user community

The SXSW (South by Southwest) Interactive Festival features five days of exciting panel content and amazing parties.

Discipline: 

Digital Art and Culture 2009 is the 8th in an international series of conferences begun in 1998. DAC is recognized as an interdisciplinary event of high intellectual caliber.

This iteration of DAC will dwell on the specificities of embodiment and cultural, social and physical location with respect to digital technologies and networked communications.

DAC09 will be structured around themes, each theme being composed of panels.

DAC09 will be held in the Arts Plaza of the University of California Irvine. Simon Penny is director of DAC09.

Medialab-Prado issues a call for the presentation of papers to be publicly presented during the 4th International Inclusiva-net Meeting. This edition will focus on an analysis of “peer-to-peer” networks and network processes, highlighting the social potentials of cooperative systems and processes based on the structures and dynamics inherent to these types of networks.
